View from the common room

Late winter view from the common room. This is the view looking over Aberdeen escarpment as we lunch. The days are getting longer and it is really pleasant sitting out on the verandah eating our lunch, fully catered by my workplace. The girls work very hard to provide us with interesting and varied lunch menus and we just get to sit and enjoy over happy conversations and a lot of laughs with colleagues.

Hi Winterwood. The scrapbooking stuff is very addictive, be warned! I get my inspirations from magazines both scrapbooking mags and otherwise. A visit to the local scrapbook shop usually ends up being a 2 hour sojourn. I try to only work with one page, one theme at a time otherwise it is horribly confusing. I try to only look at Aussie scrapbooking mags as the supplies are easier to source. But that could change! I do so much for a few weeks and then get burned out for a time. I am looking forward to posting my God daughter's album on my blog soon. Chel
